16 Handles is the best frozen yogurt shop! I have always had an amazing experience, and coming here genuinely brings me so much joy. The fruit is always immaculate, and everything is consistently so good. I just genuinely love this place—5 stars, ALWAYSSSS! :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First off, I’m not a frozen yogurt eater at all, but this place is my only exception. It is literally my favorite place to go and even tops ice cream shops in my opinion. The yogurt is extremely cold and It stays fresh longer and doesn’t melt or get soupy. The toppings are all freshly kept so you can customize your bowl how ever you like…..your own way. It’s self serve for the entire process which makes it fast and efficient. Nothing is worse than waiting in line at ice cream stores or getting some rude employee that skimps on toppings. This place has very friendly staff and you can load up your bowl with as much fresh fruit, candy, sauces and whipped cream as much as you like. It absolutely delicious and I highly recommend 16 Handles.

I’ve been looking forward to this 16 Handles opening, and overall the space has a lot going for it. There is plenty of parking (front, side, and back), a solid selection of soft-serve flavors including vegan options, a toppings bar, and the familiar pay-by-the-pound setup. The outdoor seating area is especially nice for families, with turf and a kid-friendly layout that allows parents to relax. However, it’s fairly small and fills up quickly during busy times. What noticeably impacted the experience was the lack of customer interaction. The owners appeared to be present but did not greet customers, explain the self-serve process, or check in at any point. While some people may be familiar with frozen yogurt shops, first-time visitors aren’t always, and basic guidance or a welcome would go a long way. With its location, family-friendly setup, and product variety, this 16 Handles has strong potential. A more welcoming and engaged customer service approach would greatly improve the overall experience.

I absolutely love ice cream and being vegan makes it a challenge, in my experience, to find ice cream places. 16 Handles has vegan soft serve plus 14 other flavors for people who are not vegan. The topping choices are beyond what you can ask for and the establishment is clean!! The employees are welcoming as well.

We had the pleasure of stumbling upon the soft open for the new West Palm Beach 16 Handles location this evening (2/14). We tried sugar free strawberry, cookies & cream, vanilla and butterbeer! They had tons of toppings, sauces, syrups and whipped cream to add to your bowl or cone. Also available for purchase were drinks and several flavors of edible cookie dough! There is ample seating inside, and loads of seating outside in the cutest patio area. There are two restrooms inside with baby changers as well. We loved everything we tried, the prices were more than fair, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!
